My role in the project

In my role as a designer on the project, and with support from the features team, we tackled the challenge of presenting compensation and payments to employees' accounts. Our goal was to make it easy for employers to track deposits through clear and intuitive components. We also developed a detailed client-facing screen to display the data

Quick and Easy

We offer a quick and easy registration process with a simple, intuitive login that makes users feel recognized. We only ask for a few additional details to seamlessly upgrade them to our digital client

Personalizing Experience

To shift focus to the customer experience, we aimed to create an interface that makes users feel recognized and understood. We mapped all profiles—private, business, and commercial—identifying their specific content and information needs

Core values

We defined three core values to guide all design decisions for the project:

  1. Uncluttered Navigation: Ensuring simple and intuitive website navigation to enhance user orientation and encourage action.

  2. Credibility and Trust: Building trust through a consistent UI and behavior.

  3. Clean and Innovative Design: Creating a design that highlights important actions and helps users focus on their goals
