Bank Hapoalim
Business Redesign
As the third largest bank in Israel, it offers a wide range of digital products. My main contributions were to the business website and the business app.
Creating a new language by using clean colors and text legible
Utilize the screen space more than 60% used at the current site
Adapt the design to other products and prevent scrolling by arranging components
My role in the project
As the lead designer in the bank's business department, I collaborated with developers, product managers, and others to enhance the website, aiming for a more advanced and user-friendly contemporary look. The existing site, particularly the money transfer processes and other operations, had an outdated appearance and usability issues.
Since the business website serves work-related purposes, it was crucial to create a cleaner and more convenient design.
Challenges
At the initial stage, changing the UX was not approved, so I had to implement minor changes to enhance the user experience. These included adding a right-side menu, reorganizing the icons and their titles, displaying account details in a larger and clearer format, and maximizing the screen space.

Account Challenges
As the central screen on the site, I needed to maintain readable table sizes while adding components and minimizing excess. Arranging the details in the available space was challenging, and I aimed to avoid complex development. When increasing the screen width, I considered the table lengths to ensure they remained easy to read. To enhance usability, I added additional comparison widgets on the left side. Additionally, I included a "Save to Favorites" icon next to the title.
Dark Mode
A unique feature is the creation of a comfortable working environment for businesses accustomed to capital market investment websites.
Deposits Challenges
The arrangement of components on a clean surface and the prevention of unnecessary scrolling allowed for the creation of suitable elements in the new design by combining icons and color effectively.

Mobile Redesign
The business client differs from the private client, as each action they take is multiplied by hundreds, unlike the individual actions of private clients. Therefore, I needed to design complex components that are suitable for mobile use.
Simplify the process of finding complex operations
Maintain the design language as a mirror image of the private app
Developing components to support multiple operations
Login New Design
Enhance user experience by adding a friendly animation at the top of the screen when entering the application. The goal is to either maintain the current components or arrange them in a larger, clearer format

Payment Process
One of the main challenges in a business application is the vast number of operations this year driven by private client usage. As a result, the approach to creating components must adapt to handle large volumes of data, deposits, and transfers
A Unique Experience
Our team focused on integrating illustrations and animations to enhance the user experience, using wide table rows to display maximum information, and ensuring smooth scrolling for transfers and actions
Icons in a Uniform Language
As part of creating a unique design language, stylized icons with hollow lines were introduced alongside the older, non-uniform icons

Illustrations and Animations
I proposed combining a scooter with a business client to create an urban, light-hearted feel. This concept aims to integrate illustrations into both the application and the website
